Reeds is the woven counterpart to our printed linen of the same name, designed by Alexandra Palmowski. Inspired by Henri Rousseau’s imaginative depictions of nature, Reeds captures the essence of forest glades and dense foliage with an abstract, modern twist.

Drawing from Virginia’s own time spent on the Suffolk coast, where reed beds are a defining feature of the landscape, this design feels distinctly tied to the English countryside. The woven version of Reeds elevates the original design, using texture and depth to bring its bold, large-scale depiction of nature to life. Through its intricate craftsmanship and striking colour palette, Reeds embodies a seamless blend of graphic artistry and natural inspiration.
